Priceline - 2 airline tickets


We recently booked flights through price line for a funeral.
We booked our tickets on Wednesday evening June 2nd. Flew out of OKC to Ca on Thursday morning.
We found out the day we arrived the funeral services were made the day we flew out for Sunday at 3pm.

Our flight left at 3:45pm Sunday and we had an hour drive from where we were to airport. We called priceline that evening the 3rd at 10pm and they told us if we would have purchased our tickets before the death then they could change them. This was after a thirty minute call we found this out. We were just asking for a delayed flight out of California maybe 6 hours or less. Nothing more and very upset.

We then called priceline on Saturday June 5th at 1pm connected to the Philippines were on the phone with him (Tim) for over 45 minutes asking to be transferred to a US Agent after he couldn't help us. He told us the same thing we were told on Thursday night. He transferred our call to a manger we were told in Malaysia whom we could barely understand. WE were on the phone wit her for another 40 minutes. She kept telling us the same thing we were told Thursday night.

I will never use priceline again for the fact that there are no American agents to speak with, no compassion and unable to work with us regarding a death in our family. It was hard enough dealing with the sudden death let alone not being able to attend the services and help our family out. If there is a solution to this matter please let me know. Maybe this being brought to your attention there will be a change in your customer service and compassion for your customers. (Like America use to be when us Americans helped one another!)
